Well, probably. Ill never trust anything Moroun says. But from the sounds of it he wants to turn it into an office building. Which would work well given that it was built with 13 floors of offices when new. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

I'll believe it when I see it. Haven't they been promising new windows since like 2011? I think they've installed like 2-3 windows in the entire building in the past 4 years, though they have done extensive trash cleanup and asbestos remediation.

Theres good chance of that, hes been using that building as a bargaining chip for years now. Alternatively he might just be making this his backup plan with the stirrings of a revival going on right now.

He could still pull the contract, or take delivery and put them all in storage, or gradually install a few at a time over several years. There's been so many false promises and slipped deadlines with this building that I'm not believing anything until the job is actually done.

Yeah, maybe what I'm saying sound too optimistic. But I totally agree with you, hes been using the building as an bargaining chip for so many years its hard to fully believe him till the job is done.
